Two wonderful locations in which to become a qualified Laughter Yoga Leader on this two day training course.
Facilitated by two very experienced Laughter Yoga Teachers you will have lots of fun and meet like minded people. Over this weekend you will learn how to lead a laughter session or workshop for a variety of different groups and organisations and about the history, concept, philosophy of Laughter Yoga as well as how to conduct laughter meditation. Or, all these skills can be used simply to bring more laughter into your own life.

Julie is a regular Guest Presenter at Champneys Health Resort at Forest Mere, Hampshire
She will be visiting Champneys FOREST MERE on the above dates in 2019 giving her entertaining and informative Talk ”Laugh your way to Health and Happiness” on Wednesday evening and running a healthy, fun based Laughter Yoga session on Thursday morning.
Julie, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, has presented at The Yoga Show, Vitality Show and Destinations Holiday Show in addition to being a regular Guest Presenter at Champneys Health Resorts. She has run Total Escape Holistic Holidays since 2006 and is a Laughter Yoga Ambassador.
Louise Day, Wellbeing and Fitness Director of Champneys has pioneered Holistic Breaks, inviting experts at the top of their profession and individual disciplines. This Holistic approach has encouraged guests to explore new ways of fitness and disciplines and introduced a new following to Champneys. This 6 week course will give you the skills to live in a healthier more relaxed way, teaching you to be more in control of your thoughts and emotions, ultimately leading to a happier you. You will experience yogic breathing, meditation, relaxation, visualisation, laughter techniques and learn how to live your life in a more stress free, happy and positive way.
You will be required to dedicate 10 minutes of each day to your practice for the most profound results. There are weekly handouts so not a problem if you miss a week.

What is World Laughter Day?
“World Laughter Day” was created in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement.
The celebration of World Laughter Day is a positive manifestation for world peace and is intended to build up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter. Its popularity has grown exponentially with that of the Laughter Yoga movement.
Today, many people fear widespread international terrorism. The world has never faced so much unrest before. People are at war within themselves.
Laughter is a positive and powerful emotion that has all the ingredients required for individuals to change themselves and to change the world in a peaceful and positive way. It directly impacts one’s electro-magnetic field and creates a positive aura around that person.
When a group of individuals laugh together, they create a collective community aura.
Electromagnetic waves from a group who are laughing every day form a protective envelope around that area to protect it from negative forces Laughter is a universal language, which has the potential to unite humanity without religion.
Laughter can establish a common link between various religions and create a new world order.
The idea may sound over-ambitious, and maybe it is. But maybe it is not. It is our deep belief that laughter and only laughter can unite the world, building up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship.
